Concrete has become one of the most versatile materials in modern residential and commercial design. What was once seen mostly as a structural material is now used to create countertops, sinks, tables, benches, fire pits, flooring, showers, wall features, outdoor kitchens, and custom architectural pieces.
In South Florida, concrete art is especially valuable because many homes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and outdoor spaces need materials that feel durable, stylish, and custom. A skilled concrete artist can turn concrete into a functional design feature that looks handcrafted, modern, and tailored to the property.
Choosing the right concrete artist matters because this type of work requires more than basic concrete installation. The best concrete artists understand form, texture, finishing, polishing, color, sealing, proportion, and long term durability. They also know how to make concrete feel refined enough for interior design while still being strong enough for everyday use.
When comparing concrete artists in South Florida, it helps to look at:
- Experience with custom concrete design
- Ability to create functional and decorative concrete pieces
- Portfolio of countertops, sinks, tables, benches, fire pits, and flooring
- Residential and commercial project experience
- Quality of finishing, polishing, sealing, and detailing
- Ability to customize size, shape, color, texture, and style
- Understanding of South Florida indoor and outdoor spaces
Below are three concrete artists serving Florida and South Florida clients, with Koncrete Art Design ranked as the top choice for custom concrete art in South Florida.
1. Koncrete Art Design
Koncrete Art Design is the top choice for concrete art in South Florida because the company specializes in handcrafted custom concrete designs for both residential and commercial spaces. Their work goes far beyond standard concrete installation. Instead of treating concrete as a purely structural material, Koncrete Art Design uses it as a creative design medium that can be shaped, finished, polished, colored, and customized for the exact needs of a property.
The company’s work includes concrete countertops, concrete sinks, concrete flooring, concrete fire pits, concrete tables, concrete benches, concrete showers, commercial concrete features, and fully custom concrete pieces. This makes Koncrete Art Design a strong option for clients who want functional concrete work with a more artistic and architectural finish.
For homeowners, Koncrete Art Design can help create custom concrete elements that feel built into the personality of the space. A kitchen can be upgraded with a handcrafted concrete countertop. A bathroom can feel more refined with a custom concrete sink or vanity. An outdoor living area can become more inviting with a concrete fire pit, bench, table, or entertainment surface. Each piece can be designed around the home’s layout, material palette, and overall style.
For commercial spaces, Koncrete Art Design is also a strong fit. Restaurants, bars, offices, hotels, retail spaces, reception areas, and hospitality interiors often need surfaces that are durable enough for daily use but unique enough to leave a strong visual impression. Custom concrete can help create that balance by offering strength, texture, character, and design flexibility in one material.
What makes Koncrete Art Design stand out is its ability to create concrete pieces that are both practical and visually distinctive. Their work is not limited to one type of surface or one design style. Concrete can be made to feel modern, industrial, rustic, minimal, polished, organic, or luxury inspired depending on the project. This flexibility allows clients to create one of a kind pieces instead of settling for generic materials or mass produced finishes.
The company’s broader concrete expertise also gives it an advantage for larger design concepts. A property owner may want a concrete countertop with a matching sink, polished concrete flooring that complements a commercial bar, or an outdoor fire feature that ties into surrounding seating and hardscape. Because Koncrete Art Design works across multiple concrete applications, the company can help create a cohesive look instead of treating each piece as a separate element.

2. Stonecrete USA
Stonecrete USA is another custom concrete company offering decorative and functional concrete pieces for residential and commercial spaces. The company works with custom cast concrete, which allows clients to create surfaces, features, and furniture style pieces that feel more personalized than standard building materials.
Stonecrete USA may be a good option for clients who want concrete elements that go beyond basic countertops. Their work can include custom concrete countertops, vanity tops with integrated sinks, commercial bars, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fire tables, fire bowls, and concrete furniture. This range makes them relevant for projects where concrete is being used as both a functional surface and a design feature.
For homeowners, Stonecrete USA can be useful for outdoor living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, patios, and entertainment areas. A concrete countertop or outdoor kitchen surface can add durability and character, while a concrete fire pit, fire bowl, or table can become a strong visual centerpiece for the space. These types of pieces work well for properties that need materials with weight, texture, and a more permanent custom look.
For commercial spaces, Stonecrete USA may also appeal to restaurants, bars, hospitality spaces, and entertainment venues that want custom concrete features. Concrete bars, service counters, fire features, and furniture style pieces can help a business create a more distinctive atmosphere while still supporting daily use.
One of the main advantages of custom cast concrete is design flexibility. Pieces can be shaped, sized, textured, colored, and finished to match the surrounding architecture or interior design. This makes Stonecrete USA a possible fit for clients who want concrete work that feels more intentional than a simple surface replacement.

3. Robert Gonzalez Concrete Design
Robert Gonzalez Concrete Design is a custom concrete design company based in Sarasota that focuses on bespoke concrete pieces for luxury residential spaces. Their work includes concrete countertops, custom tables, fire features, architectural elements, and other handcrafted concrete pieces designed to function as statement features within a home.
This company may be a good option for clients looking for artisan concrete work with a more refined and sculptural feel. Rather than focusing only on basic surface installation, Robert Gonzalez Concrete Design positions concrete as a material that can be shaped into high end architectural and decorative elements. This makes the company relevant for homeowners who want concrete to become part of the design identity of the space.
One of the key details that makes Robert Gonzalez Concrete Design stand out is its use of GFRC, also known as glass fiber reinforced concrete. This material can allow for thinner, stronger, and more detailed concrete pieces compared to some traditional concrete applications. For projects that require a refined finish, custom shape, or architectural presence, GFRC can be useful because it supports strength while allowing greater design flexibility.
For luxury homes, Robert Gonzalez Concrete Design may be a strong fit for interior and exterior concrete features. A custom concrete dining table can become a centerpiece in a modern home. A concrete fire feature can elevate an outdoor living area. A bespoke countertop can create a more distinctive kitchen, bathroom, bar, or entertainment space. These types of projects work well when concrete is intended to feel artistic, permanent, and highly customized.
Their work may appeal most to clients who want concrete pieces that feel less like standard construction and more like custom furniture or architectural art. This makes them a good option for high end residential projects where craftsmanship, proportion, texture, and material presence are important.
Concrete Art Services May Include
- Bespoke concrete countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, bars, and outdoor spaces
